It has been such a long week for me and I am sure for most of you as well. Ever wonder if you are actually spending your time wisely? I alway do. Time to me is precious. I’ve realized that just because we have time doesn’t mean it is promised to us. With so many terrible things happening around us lately, no one is guaranteed a tomorrow. So to me, I want to spend my time with the people that I cherish the most and doing the things that makes me happy instead of wasting it on someone or something that doesn’t deserve my attention. Time is also money. Your time is as valuable as everyone else’s time. We all have our own life and we all are busy in our own way. So when you choose to make time for someone or something, you always want the best outcome during that time.

As I get older, come more responsibilities. I’ve realized I don’t have much time during the day in my busy schedule to do everything I want. I realized that I am getting older and so are my parents, that got me rethink how I should spend my time and not take their time for granted. My problem is that I worry too much about time. I have so many goals I want to achieve before I am at a certain age and before I settle down to have a family. Lately, I have been moving at such a fast pace that I can barely keep up with myself throughout the day. I worry so much about not having enough time that I started neglecting the most important things around me. I don’t get enough sleep because I stay up past 2 am every night working towards my goals. I don’t make enough time for myself to just sit and relax, read a book, hang out with my cat, talk to my parents more or even make time for my old and new friends (which I apologize!).

So to keep this short, because I was so caught up in the daily life, I forget to enjoy the present and appreciate what was happening around me. So for those out there like me, it doesn’t hurt to pause what you are doing and take a breathe, appreciate what you have before it is too late. By doing so much you will eventually burn yourself out. Don’t take anything for granted because one day it will be gone and you will miss it. Don’t live with regrets! Spend your time wisely. With that being said, I am taking a break from my studying to give you guys some great news 🙂

I’ve collaborated with JORD, most of you probably have never heard of them but they are a wood watch company. It has been such a pleasure collaborating with them from choosing the right design for myself to resizing the watch to fit me perfectly. I’ve never own a wood watch before so it was different in a good way! It is super light weighted, it doesn’t feel heavy being on my wrist. As you all can tell, I am a petite person so my wrist is pretty small. Wearing something heavy on my wrist isn’t ideal so this watch was the perfect weight and size for me. The ordering process was super easy! I was given a ruler to measure my wrist size and the next thing I know, my watch was being shipped to me within a couple days! The watch came in this pretty wood box, The wood color I picked is called “red sandalwood”, the watch gave off a warm comfy vibe. With this watch I can wear it to just about anywhere, it is such a casual look watch but at the same time it has personality for days you want to spice up your outfit.

With this outfit, I wanted to wear something light so that it brings out the watch color and focuses on the watch itself. I wore a loose white button up blouse, I kept my jewelry light as well, with silver rings and a silver necklace. I kept my make up as natural as possible, my lips were nude color. The wearings I picked had a little gold as the outline because I think it compliments the watch. Can’t go wrong with pearl earrings! I wanted to create a casual and relax look but with a little class to it. I kept my hair up in a messy bun and added reading glasses to give off a studious look. I would love to see how you guys would style around your watch! Continue reading below to win a voucher to purpose a watch and make sure to share with me on how you will style it!

If you are like me, always moving at a fast pace, then you’ll be glad to have this watch. Most of the time I lose track of time and sometimes I don’t even know what day it is.
