Happy New Years everyone! I hope you all are starting off your new year by doing something you enjoy! It could be sleeping, eating lots of Korean BBQ, binge a show on Netflix or have adult beverages throughout the day! I will be doing all of the above! This year is a little different for me celebrating any holiday of that matter in the winter season. I am across the country away from my family and friends. However, new friends are just as good! Plus, I had my brother here for 3 weeks so it helps not being too home sick.

I want to do a quick recap of my 2015 year and what I look forward to in 2016 because we all know everyone loves reading about new year’s resolution/goals/achievements (totally being sarcastic).

My 2015 was a roller coaster ride, but it was definitely a milestone for me besides still being in denial that I turned 24. The biggest event was me moving across the country from the east coast to the west coast. It is literally a dream come true to me to be working for Mickey 🙂 and living in California. I have always been a city girl so Los Angeles isn’t much different than what I am used to. But I love the fact that everything is so new here to me, lots of food, places to go and things to do. I am never bored! I am very thankful for the people that I’ve met so far since I’ve moved here and I am looking forward to meeting more people as the year goes by.

Not many people can say “I love my job”, I finally feel that I am those few that can say it. I do love my job and the people that I work with. On top of that, I can still go my fashion blogging on the side just as a hobby. I do want to expand and make it into something bigger later on down the road. However, I cannot do it full time. To end this year on a good note I can say that I am extremely happy with how my year is ending! Even though, the year did have some down moments, I definitely feel that the good moments over trumps the bad ones. So I thank you all for supporting me and always being so kind. I look forward to a brand new year to making more memories!

So I hope you all have a wonderful New Year!

Enough about my new year speech 🙂 I want to share with you guys this outfit. In honor of the season, red is your color! So vibrant, sexy and daring! If you want to spice up your wardrobe, a red dress can never be wrong! Red is my favorite color, where I am from, red means luck. You can never have enough luck in your life! I bought this dress from The Limited in their petite store. I love the fact that it is not a heavy material! I think it is perfect for a summer day with a little breeze! The length on this dress is not too long or too short. I am short, so with this dress on, I always like to wear heels with it to add some length. Would you guys wear this dress?
